How do auctions work?

You place bids online until the auction closes; highest bid typically wins.

Can I inspect properties?

Yes, we schedule showing appointments during the auctions period

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments depending on the type of the auction, some allow financing, some are cash only. Some will be a 10-day close some allow a 30-day close

Are there buyer fees?

Buyers pay a small buyer’s premium added to the final bid price. On Foreclosure auctions and CWCOT auctions, there is no buy or premium.

Is financing available?

Financing is buyer’s responsibility; we recommend pre-approval before bidding. - You have several top national lenders we work with that can help you with financing.
